BELL FOUNDRY CHRISTOPH + GO3D
The work behind the workflow.
The visual from the email, now connected to the design progress and the decisions ahead.

01 · MotionA drive path connected to the source arm.
Input crank → connecting rod → shoulder rocker and shaft → source arm. The solved linkage determines the arm angle; it is not an independently animated gesture.
11 proposed CAD definitions
1,441 solved input phases
±4.014° digital shoulder travel
This study uses the archived arm, hand and older integral stein as one rigid group. It is separate from the later removable-mug revision. Receiver installation and the final hollow shell are not accepted.
02 · AnalysisIndependent checks behind the motion.
A separate numerical check examined the source geometry, constrained motion and load transfer. Source volume, centroid, inertia and analytic versus numerical motion derivatives were crosschecked.
Actual moving mass, bearings, friction, retention and supplier drive performance still need confirmation. These conditional calculations are not a motor specification or a physical load test.
03 · TowerThe building sets the design envelope.
The recovered City submission describes an approximately 12 × 12 × 45 ft exterior, moving figures on two sides, four clocks, a 14 ft walk-through archway and an 8 ft figure enclosure.
Sliding center-opening doors and supported aluminum turntables are documented in the submitted material. We need the controlling revision and clear internal dimensions before committing to fit.
Exterior dimensions are not internal clearances. A staff recommendation is not an issued decision, permit or construction release. Earlier larger tower layouts remain exploratory alternatives.
YOUR IDEAS SET THE CRITERIA
Tune the design together.
Appearance, gestures, scale, materials, service access and maintenance can guide the next revision. Each change returns to the geometry, fit and inspection checks.
Next engineering gates: receiver and mount fit; final shell; agreed source revision; continuous clearances; measured loads and physical testing.
Sources and revision
SP02 is the visual sent October 29, 2026. W06 supplies the connected-arm study; I02 supplies independent conditional analysis; A01 supplies the recovered architectural basis.
This update connects the recorded work for review. It does not claim a new mechanical solution, synchronized model revisions across every app, live local processing or manufacturing acceptance.
Full character names and likeness mappings remain subject to the original approved roster. The selected visual uses the already-delivered source-CAD detail.
